SHIPPING RANGE

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
- No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
DELIVERY TIME
- United States total delivery time: 8–13 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Rest of the World total delivery time: 11–17 business days (Monday to Friday).
SHIPPING PROCESS
- Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution. Include photos of the damage in your email to sales@eastonvale.com.
- Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us immediately at sales@eastonvale.com and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
